The code's face value sets the entitlement and its duration. One account works across iOS, Android and Web.

Open the Web app or the app, sign in, go to Me, tap Redeem code and enter it. The entitlement binds to your account immediately.
Just sign in to the same account: local entitlements and synced training records follow you; remove the old device in Settings.
